Is the first trip really 50% off?

Yes. The first trip you take with Her Wheels is half of the real cost — the discount is applied automatically on your trip page, so you see the full cost, the 50% taken off, and the smaller amount you actually pay. It applies once, to your first trip.

What happens if you break a promise?

You get all your money back. A late pickup, a driver who did not feel right, a stop we said we would make and skipped — message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of the trip and we refund the full amount, with no arguing and no forms.

Where do you operate?

Pickup and drop are inside Bangalore only at the moment. The destination can be anywhere you like — a nearby sunrise point or a long multi-day route. Other cities will come later.

Who can travel with Her Wheels?

Only women. Every trip is a women-only group and you travel with the friends, family or colleagues you invite — we never mix your group with strangers.

Why do you need my ID?

It is the only way we can honestly promise that every member is a woman. You upload one government ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence) after you register, our team looks at it, and your account is approved. You may mask the numbers — we only need your name, photo and gender.

Can men book a trip for someone?

No. The account that plans and pays must belong to a verified woman traveller. That rule is what keeps the groups safe.

Who can see my ID document?

Only our small verification team, through a private link that expires in minutes. No other traveller, driver or group member can ever see it, and we remove it on request once you are approved.

Are you really the cheapest?

We are not run for profit. Your price covers the real cost of the trip — car, fuel, tolls, driver, and whatever your group added — and nothing more, which is why it usually comes in below commercial operators.

Can I compare you with other cabs and rentals first?

Please do. We give you the full written quote before anything is booked so you can check it against any cab, rental or tour operator. There is no pressure and no charge for asking.

Do you have fixed packages or fixed rates?

No. You choose the place, the dates and everything you want along the way. We then give you an itemised rate for your group — car, fuel, tolls, stays, anything extra — and nothing else is added later.

How does the invite link work?

Once your plan is confirmed we create a private trip page and a link. Share it with your group: everyone can see the plan and the rate, and add her own name, phone and pickup point. Creating an account is optional, but if you sign in the trip also appears in your own dashboard.

How do we pay?

Each person can see her share and pay by UPI or bank transfer to Lantiris Enterprise Private Limited, then send the screenshot on WhatsApp. The team marks each payment, so your group always sees what is paid and what is due.

What if we want to change the plan or cancel?

Talk to us as early as you can. Dates, stops and group size can usually be changed before the trip is locked; anything already booked on your behalf (like stays) follows that provider's rules.

How far can we go from Bangalore?
